Envelopes are one of the most critical elements of any mailing. Unless an envelope is intriguing enough, it will never get opened and the message inside will be lost.

They are also one of the easiest to overlook when it comes to the correct design and size.

Do you really mean a 6" x 9" Outer Envelope, or is it actually 5-7/8" x 9"?
Will the BRE easily slide into the Outer Envelope on an automated inserting machine and at the same time hold the Response Device without folding?
Are you using the correct size envelope flap for automated insertion?
